Refund and Returns Policy

At We Play Smart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your order, we’re happy to offer returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include all original packaging and tags

Refund Process

To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at louis@weplaysmart.co.za to request a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included.
  3. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued once the returned item has been received and assessment and a refund is approved by us.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads
  • Personalised or customized products
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or refund, whichever is preferred.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel an order once it’s been processed and shipped.
